The Management Board is open to discussions and suggestions, and treats every question seriously.

In VM.PL, you have a chance to gain experience in projects that go beyond the borders of Poland. Some positions involve business trips, during which you will have the opportunity to acquire business skills in contact with customers and a foreign team.
Each of our projects has a dedicated Customer Success Manager, whose role is to take care of the customer, project and thus, developers. They oversee communication, support the implementation of new solutions and try to come up with solutions that will satisfy both the customer and the team.
Before starting work, you talk to the customer in their language to get to know the project. Subsequent daily work involves contact with the team and practicing your language skills. If you feel the need, you can learn German or English during working hours - for free. We also put emphasis on learning the cultural differences between us and the countries of our customers.
The office is open for extended hours. You can come and leave whenever you want. The most important thing is that you are at work in the so-called core hours, i.e. during the customer's working hours. Besides, our space is great and we like being here. However, some of our projects allow even 100% remote working!

We realize that our recruitment process is not trivial. However, it is a chance for everyone to get to know each other. After exchanging messages online, we make an appointment for an HR phone call. This is the first opportunity to get to know each other, ask questions and talk about possible cooperation. During the conversation we also verify your foreign language skills.
If you are further interested, we will invite you for a remote technical conversation with our developer. If he gives the green light, we'll move on to the next stage.
You will meet our CEO, Head of Delivery or one of our CSM. You will have a chance to talk about all the topics you are interested in concerning work in our company.
The next step is an online meeting with the client you will be working with. This is a great opportunity to get all the information straight from the source. Getting to know each other so early allows both parties to decide on further cooperation.
