We have extensive experience in the implementation of various IT projects based on the Nearshoring model. We provide dedicated competent teams of IT specialists who can support your team in the development of a given project or undertake a completely new one. Here are our 2 basic models of our cooperation.

TEAM OUTSOURCING

/ PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT - OUR SPECIALISTS WILL JOIN YOUR TEAM

Our qualified and experienced programmers can join your team within a short time to support its implementation. Each project is started on the customer's side. Later on, we take care of frequent regular visits to our partners. Such a model of cooperation ensures the successful implementation of even the most demanding project.

The method of our work depends on a given project and individual customer needs. Our standard cooperation with partners based on the Nearshoring model is described below. Although these are not strict rules, we really enjoy working in compliance with them.

MODEL OF OPERATION

Our developers are present at the client’s site when the project starts. They can remain on site as long as necessary – anywhere from one day to two months.

Our regular workflow is clear. All tasks are described in Jira or another software and our team works on them. We use Git, so every line of code may be revised by the client. Code review is common practice between our team members. We can also provide a Product Owner to support you.

In order to update a project’s status, we hold daily calls every morning. We usually communicate via Skype, Hangouts or other communicator. Our practice is to assign a room with constant video connection for the whole team.

We plan regular, in-person meetings at least once a month. Usually we visit the client for planning sessions. Alternatively the product owner from the client’s side visits our office.

We realise that sometimes it is impossible to solve an issue remotely. If such a case occurs we are ready to visit our client immediately. We are also open for visits - our clients are always welcome in our office. Of course, each project may call for a slightly different approach and we are open to variations on the above outline.

PROJECT OUTSOURCING

/ IMPLEMENTATION OF A COMPREHENSIVE IT PROJECT

We have a qualified and experienced team of IT specialists who are ready to quickly define your expectations and undertake the implementation of your project while maintaining the highest quality standards. Depending on your needs - we will implement a project for you based on the provided documentation, or we will conduct a workshop to find out what exactly you would like to do.

We always try our best to know you and the system you want to implement. Together, we will build a vision of working on the project and end user profiles for you. Here is our typical operating process before starting a project.

MODEL OF OPERATION

Before starting the cooperation, we will arrange a meeting to obtain preliminary information about the project.

Then we sign Non-Disclosure Agreements to make your ideas and know-how really safe.

You present us your business idea or, if available, functional documentation for the desired product.

After presenting the initial assumptions of the project, we thoroughly analyse it, evaluate its cost and the likely work schedule.

If you do not have a functional design yet, our specialists can conduct workshops with you, which will result in a detailed description of what you need.

After providing us with a full functional design (or after it has been developed by us), we will prepare a list of issues and suggest the priority of their implementation. Then we will plan the appropriate technology and a team that will be able to prepare the project for you. You will also learn a rough budget that will allow you for possible optimisation of the project scope.

The last stage is mutual acceptance of the established assumptions, building the development team and starting cooperation.
