Client
The client is an innovative company owned by the city of Würzburg that promotes digitization in the public sector. It develops and optimizes mobile, web-based applications and complex back-end systems (IoT) in the context of smart cities.
Challenge
The client is a startup, so it constantly develops teams and processes within the company. The main needs included support for building a QA testing process (test automation framework) and hiring experienced developers for application development.
Solution
To meet the client company’s needs, we provided experienced developers, testers, and a QA Manager with over 12 years of experience to create a complex testing architecture.

- Smart City Hub Application Development
We built an integration platform for systems and data to enable innovative solutions for urban challenges. We adopted an approach similar to IPAAS to enable the use of existing open-source software with already deployed software. - The Heldenhelfer Project
The project provides sports clubs with a wide range of open-source applications for communication through a specially customized portal.
Results
The client is delighted with the cooperation. Positive results include:
- the client’s testers and developers now use a strategic testing process to work on various applications,
- testing lead times have accelerated by more than 50% compared to previous processes,
- smooth communication,
- secure processing of personal data during application development.
