Get to know VM.PL – a talk with Customer Success Manager

In recent months, we have recorded a series of videos with our employees in order to let the world get to know us better. Our goal is to present ourselves from a little different side, closer to how we are in our daily office life. In the videos we talk about what we are currently doing, how we came to this and what we value most in our company. In VM.PL we employ 3 Customer Success Managers, whose main task is to take care of the successful course of the project and satisfaction with the cooperation of our customers. Recently, this position has been gaining in popularity in the business world.

In our company, we delegate a dedicated Customer Success Manager to each project.
